Police in Sydney arrested 153 people for drug-related offences at a dance festival at The Domain on New Year's Day.
AAP reports illicit drugs seized included amphetamines, cannabis, cocaine, ecstasy, LSD and ice.
The event was attended by 14,000 people. Police said 68 people were ejected because they were drunk.
And police in Melbourne arrested about 80 people at the Summadayze music festival, mainly for drug offences.
