We went down to Wellington’s Waitangi Park over the weekend to check out BOWL-A-RAMA, one of the biggest events in local skateboarding.
BOWL-A-RAMA founder Chad Ford said this year’s event – tagged “Shut Up and Create” - was more open, friendly and inclusive. “It's not the traditional competition [with] runs, divisions, things like that. We've refocused things this year to make sure that there’s an event happening at all.”
