Ryan Giggs will have to wait a little longer before making his 900th appearance for Manchester United after being left out of the squad for their Europa League match against Ajax in Amsterdam on Thursday.
38-year-old Giggs was a notable absentee from the squad, along with Dimitar Berbatov and Patrice Evra, but he might get to play in the return leg against the Dutch club at Old Trafford on the 23rd of this month.
