The New Zealand women's tennis number one Marina Erakovic has made a first round exit at the Hobart International, going down in straight sets to top seed Yanina Wickmayer.
While the Belgian took less than two hours to send Erakovic packing, the world number 26 didn't have it all her own way with the Aucklander pushing her hard in both sets before losing 7-5 6-4.
