Veteran runner Dale Warrender has won the Auckland marathon for the fourth time, nearly four minutes ahead of fellow veteran Phil Costley.
Christchurch's Blair McWhirther was third.
Auckland's Lisa Robertson has set a new course record of two hours 41 minutes and 56 seconds to win the women's event from Australia's Kirsten Molloy.
Dunedin's Shireen Crumpton was third.
Auckland's Stephen Lett won the men's half marathon, which doubled as the New Zealand half marathon championship.
Danielle Ingram-Travis won the women's event.
