The Warriors go into the second National Rugby League semi-final with a good overall record against the Storm, even in Melbourne.
They're one of just two teams to beat the Storm at AAMI Park and also pulled off a huge upset win in the 2008 final series, when they became the first team to qualify eighth and go on to beat the minor premiers.
Since then Melbourne's had to shed some top players after the salary cap scandal - but the Warriors captain Simon Mannering says the departure of the likes of Greg Inglis hasn't changed things much.
Mannering says they stick to their structures, are very well coached and well directed around the field so they haven't changed much and it still seems to work.
Manly will face the winner in the NRL grand final after the Sea Eagles dispatched the Broncos 26-14 in the first preliminary final at the Sydney Football Stadium.
