Queensland Reds winger Rod Davies will make his Test rugby debut for Australia in Sunday's clash against Samoa, after James O'Connor was ruled out with injury.
The 22-year-old speedster replaces O'Connor, who injured his hamstring during training on Friday.
Davies is one of three Test debutants in the Wallabies starting line-up, alongside Melbourne Rebels halfback Nick Phipps and the NSW Waratahs second rower Sitaleki Timani.
Davies' Test debut comes a week after he featured in Queensland's maiden Super Rugby title, following the 18-13 win over the Crusaders in Brisbane.
