There have been two more withdrawals from the field for next week's Open golf chamopionship in England.

The Frenchman Thomas Levet needs surgery on the leg he broke in a victory leap into a lake after last weekend's French Open in Paris, and Clark has been suffering from a chronic elbow injury.

Levet's place goes to the American Robert Garrigus, and Clark's place is now available to another American Anthony Kim.

Meanwhile the Scot Colin Montgomerie heads to this week's Scottish Open for his last throw of the dice as he bids to qualify for a 22nd consecutive British Open.
