The Australia netball coach Norma Plummer says complacency is one of her team's biggest threats heading into next month's world champs in Singapore.
Many consider the tournament a two-horse race between defending champions and world number ones Australia and Commonwealth Games champions New Zealand.
But Plummer is cautious about an athletic Jamaican side, particularly with the experience shooter Romelda Aitken's had with gained with trans-Tasman competition champions the Queensland Firebirds.
Plummer says confidence is high in the side after the drawn series against New Zealand.
Meanwhile the Silver Ferns completed a three day training camp in Auckland yesterday.
The way New Zealand's bench players struggled in the tests against Australia was particularly noticeable and coach Ruth Aitken says there's was plenty of emphasis on that.
The Silver Ferns leave for Singapore on Monday.
