Former England rugby player Danny Cipriani's suspension from the Melbourne Rebels has been lifted.
Cipriani's management, his Super 15 team and the Rugby Union Players Association resolved the impasse and the first five eighth has returned to training and will be available for selection in this week's game against the Brumbies.
Cipriani was suspended for breaching team rules to go out at night after games, and missing training.
The Rebels are desperate to win their final two remaining games, against the Brumbies in Canberra and the Force at home, and avoid the wooden spoon in their debut season.
