The New Zealand cyclist Greg Henderson has won the third stage of the Tour of California and grabbed the tour leader's yellow jersey.
The Team Sky rider won a sprint finish at the end of the 196km stage into Modesto.
The result takes Henderson to the top of the overall standings in joint first place with team-mate Ben Swift.
However as the most recent stage winner Henderson will wear the yellow jersey in tomorrow's 132km ride to San Jose.
