Ko shot a final round one-under par 71 in strong winds to finish in a share of fourth place on seven-under par with Europe's number three ranked Melissa Reid.
The remarkable 13-year-old was typically modest after another outstanding performance and says she's still getting to grips with playing if front of big crowds.
Despite the heavy schedule there's no break for Ko, who competes in the Riversdale Cup in Australia next week then heads to India for the Queen Sirikit Cup, before returning across the Tasman for the Australian Amateur Championships.
