Sharapova adjusts after chronic shoulder injury

The big drawcard at this week's ASB Classic in Auckland is confident a chronic shoulder injury is behind her.

After a stellar start to her career, with her holding the number one ranking four times, Russian Maria Sharapova was hobbled through the latter part of the last decade with the injury.

Sharapova, currently ranked 18th in the world, says she has worked hard in the face of having a big weapon, her serve, muted for some time.
