The South American representatives on FIFA's executive committee will vote for Spain and Portugal's joint bid to co-host the 2018 football World Cup.
Eduardo Deluca, the general secretary of the South American Football Confederation, says Spain is the mother country of the South Americans and they have a more than friendly relationship with the president of the Spanish federation.
FIFA's executive committee will decide which countries will host the 2018 and 2022 World Cups at a summit in Zurich, Switzerland on December 2nd.
Spain-Portugal are competing with England, Russia and another joint bid from Belgium and the Netherlands for the right to host the 2018 edition.
