The Wellington Phoenix have stretched their unbeaten run at home to a record 24 matches and picked up a valuable three points in Australian football's A-League with a 2-1 win over North Queensland.
Aftter Chris Greenacre and Leo Bertos scored early the Phoenix looked set for a comfortable win.
But they conceded a goal from a free kick just after midfielder Vince Lia was sent off for a second yellow card offence and the Fury gave them an anxious final quarter.
The Phoenix now sit in fourth place on the A-league ladder with 10 points, one ahead of fifth placed Gold Coast and one behind third placed Perth.
Adelaide lead the competition with 18 points.
