Holyfield not daunted by giant Russian boxer

The American boxer Evander Holyfield will have to overcome a weight difference of more than 40-kg when he bids for a record fifth world heavyweight title against WBA champion Nikolai Valuev in Switzerland overnight.

Valuev, the tallest and heaviest heavyweight champion of all time, is the favourite for the fight on account of his age advantage.

The 46 year old Holyfield is 11 years older than the Russian but says he isn't daunted.

It has been eight years since Holyfield held a world title.
