Although the New Zealand Rugby Union has had to cut back their playing programme for next year, CEO Steve Tew doesn't think the Junior All Black programme will be currtailed, too.
With the NZRU cutting costs, there will be no national Maori side, Heartland fifteen and provincial B competition next year.
The Junior All Blacks were rested this year on advice from coaches and players and in terms of the All Black development cycle, Tew says it was always intended they'd be back next season in the Pacific Nations Cup.
