Cricket Australia's investigation has cleared Andrew Symonds of any wrong doing at an incident with a nother patron at a Brisbane Bar on Sunday .
Chief executive James Sutherland says Symonds is benefitting from a counselling programme.
He says Symonds is no saint and never will be but he's committed to making intelligent off-field decisons.
Meanwhile, the New SouthWales Spinner Nathan Hauritz will join the test squad ion Adelaide as cover for off spinner Jason Krejza who rolled an ankle during a training drill.
X-rays have cleared him of any serious damage but he remains in doubt for the second cricket Test against New Zealand starting tomorrow.
