Netball New Zealand's chief executive Raelene Castle says the national body is 100 percent committed to having five New Zealand teams in the trans Tasman netball competition and they won't allow any of the five franchises to go to the wall.

The troubled Wellington franchise the Central Pulse has had to be bailed out financially with a $150,000 loan so it can compete in the 2009 competition after the loss of its major sponsor Suzuki.

Earlier this week when the franchises named their squads the Central Pulse was notable by its absence and was granted a 20 day extension.
