The chief executive of the Auckland Rugby Union, Andy Dalton, believes changes are needed to Super rugby to help Unions like theres from continually losing players.
Auckland rather embarrassingly missed out on the Air New Zealand Cup play-offs, after yesterday loss to Northland saw them finish 11th in the 14-team competition.
Auckland lost 17 players from last years title winning squad and Dalton says while you expect some defections after a World Cup, they do need to be financially competitive with overseas clubs....
