Lance Hohaia's deeds at fullback in the national rugby league play off against the Sydney Roosters on Friday haven't been enough to retain his starting lineup place, for Warriors semi final against Manly in Sydney on Saturday night.
Wade McKinnon's three week suspension for spitting at a touch judge is up and coach Ivan Cleary hasn't hesitated in rushing him straight back into the side.
From the outside it may have appeared a selection dilemma but Cleary says while Hohaia performed well it wasn't a difficult decision as he regards McKinnon as the club's best fullback and his return will strengthen the side.
Hohaia drops to the interchange bench.
