Zimbabwe's Cara Black and American Liezel Huber have won their fourth grand slam tennis crown together, beating Lisa Raymond of the United States and Sam Stosur of Australia in straight sets to win the U.S. Open women's doubles title.
The top seeds saved two set points in the second-set tiebreak before completing their first U.S. Open triumph together without losing a set.
Tenth seeds Raymond and Stosur, runners-up at Wimbledon this year, where they beat Black and Huber in the semi-finals, broke in the opening game but were outplayed in the rest of the set.
The win gave Black her a second U.S. Open title this year after she teamed up with India's Leander Paes to win the mixed doubles, when she beat Huber and Briton Jamie Murray in the final.
