The Warriors will definitely be without fullback Wade McKinnon for Saturday's must win league game against the Parramatta Eels in Sydney.
Last night the NRL's judiciary chairman Judge Greg Woods refused the Warriors the right to appeal the fullback's three game suspension for spitting toward a linesmen during last weekend's game against the Penrith Panthers in Auckland.
Judge Woods said he was turbning down the appeal because he believed the three game suspension was ... quote ... "not unreasonable and not insupportable on the evidence".
Warriors chief executive Wayne Scurrah said that justice had not been done to McKinnon but with the no further appeal available the Warriors had to move on and concentrate on preparing for the Eeel;s game.
