The New Zealand motocross rider Josh Coppins, has had a luckless outing in the 12th round of the MX World championships at Loket in the Czech Republic.
Coppins crashed there last year, breaking his shoulder and wrecking his title chances, and in the the first MX1 moto a rock broke his goggles and he couldn't keep up the pacewith impaired vision and had to settle for seventh.
Despite sore eyes he was going well in the second and had just posted his fastest lap when he hit false neutral and was flung over the bars with his bike landing on top of him.
He rejoined the race and finished 10th and says happy to leave Loket behind - as the circuit's done him no favours.
Before Coppins heads to Dublin, Ireland for round 13 at the end of the month he will take part in the Belgian champs this weekend.
