The Warriors are still in the race for the National Rugby League playoffs after pulling off an upset 8-6 win on Sunday over the Melbourne Storm, while the Sydney Roosters emerged from a mini-slump to humble front running Manly 34-12.
Going into the final six rounds of the regular season the Warriors, after four straight victories, are part of a mid-table logjam, one of four teams sharing seventh place on 22 points - though they're 10th on points difference.
The Warriors travel to Sydney this weekend to play South Sydney, who were heavily beaten at the weekend by Newcastle.
