The New Zealand Warriors have beaten the second placed Melbourne Storm 8-6 in their National Rugby League match at Mt Smart.
Lance Hohia kicked a 40 metre goal with five minutes to play to break the dead-lock.
Warriors winger Sonny Fai scored after 11 minutes and they led 4-0 at half time, before the Storm replied with a try midway through the second half.
The win will keep the Warriors in contention for the top eight play-offs.
