Black Caps captain Kane Williamson won't play in the inaugural The Hundred tournament in England later this month.

Williamson has decided not to play for the Birmingham Phoenix as he manages his elbow injury.
He has been bothered with a tendon problem for several months and missed the second Test against England last month to rest if before the World Test Championship Final.
Following their victory over India in Southampton, New Zealand coach Gary Stead said he'd be discussing Williamson's work load over the coming months and what participation he'd have in the new 100 ball tournament in England.
Williamson had signed a $158,000 deal to play for the Phoenix.
Reports suggest he will stay in Britain to be involved with the Edgbaston-based team in a mentoring capacity.
New Zealand has tours of Bangladesh and Pakistan coming up before the T20 World Cup in the UAE in October and then a tour of India.
Cricinfo is reporting that fellow New Zealander Finn Allen is being lined up to replace Williamson at Birmingham.
