The Warriors have climbed to sixth on the NRL rugby league points ladder, cementing their place in the top eight with a 12-6 win over the second placed Penrith Panthers last night in Sydney.
The Panthers attacked the Warriors line in an all out assault in the second half but dogged defence, including 62 tackles from second-rower Michael Luck secured the Warriors their fourth win on the trot.
They're now within two points of the third placed West Tigers and hooker Ian Henderson says the mood in the Warriors camp is confident heading towards the business end of the season.
