The British golfer Justin Rose has a 4-stroke lead at the halfway point of the latest US PGA event in Connecticut.
Rose started the day part of a four-way tie for the lead but fired an 8 under par 62 to clear out from the rest of the field.
He's 14-under par which is a tournament record for the best 36-hole total.
American Kevin Sutherland shot his second consecutive bogey-free 65 and is alone in second at 10-under 130.
Vijay Singh, Bill Lunde, Charlie Wi and U.S. Ryder Cup captain Corey Pavin are at nine-under 131.
