The veteran Los Angeles Lakers coach Phil Jackson, who has won a record 11 NBA basketball titles, is leaning towards retiring and plans to make a final decision next week.
Jackson, who led the Lakers to a Game Seven victory over the Boston Celtics last week, says he'll complete annual medical tests this week and then consider his decision.
He says he's leaning towards retiring but he's not made up his mind yet.
The 64-year-old coach, who won five championships with the Lakers and six with the Chicago Bulls, has considered retiring for several seasons.
