The father of the England and Chelsea footballer John Terry has pleaded guilty to a charge of supplying cocaine.
The East London court was told 56-year-old Edward Terry had supplied the drug to an undercover News of the World reporter in a bar last November, and had been paid $300.
Terry's lawyer said his client had been targeted by journalists because of his son, and was embarrassed about the upset it had caused.
