The track cyclists got New Zealand's campaign off to a great start with three medals yesterday and they'll be hoping for more.
There's four medal races tonight - the women's 3000m individual pursuit, and the men's 4000m individual pursuit are followed by the Kerin Men's event and the women's sprint race.
In the pool, Corey Main has made it to the 100m backstroke final, and is seen as a medal chance.
Daniel Hunter and Sam Perry will also line up for the men's 50m butterfly final.
Three New Zealander's compete in weightlifting finals today, including Pip Patterson, who placed fifth at the Glasgow Games in 2014.
A number of athletes will also try to navigate their way through the early rounds in squash, lawn bowls, and boxing.
Beach Volleyball is also making its first appearance at a Commonwealth Games. The New Zealand men's team meet Cyprus at 12:30pm on the Coolangatta Beachfront.
