6:45 am on 19 April 2010

The Warriors' second successive home defeat and their heaviest loss of the season - Penrith winning the round six match 40-12 leaves the ninth with three wins and three losses,

The Panthers led 22-0 at half-time and although two tries in the first 11 minutes of the second spell closed the gap to 10 points they couldn't maintain the momentum they'd created briefly and the score ballooned.

In their previous two losses this year, the injury-depleted Warriors had been beaten by only six points by Gold Coast and eight by Manly. Their next match is in Melbourne on Sunday.

Parramatta ended thir run of losses with a 22-8 win over South Sydney and Brisbane Beat Cronuilla
