Scottie Pippen, a winner of six NBA basketball championships with the Chicago Bulls, and 14-times All-Star Karl Malone, have been selected in the Basketball Hall of Fame class of 2010.
Pippen appeared in seven All-Star games during a 17-year career in the National Basketball Association where he won six championships playing in Chicago with Michael Jordan, who was elected to the Hall last year.
Malone, who spent all but one of his 19 seasons with the Utah Jazz, is second on the NBA's all-time scoring list.
The twice league MVP led the Jazz to a pair of NBA finals but fell short of capturing the title each time.
Both Pippen and Malone won Olympic gold medals as part of the U.S. Olympic basketball teams in 1992 and 1996.
