The Warriors have notified the National Rugby League they will contest a grade one dangerous throw charge laid against halfback James Maloney after Saturday night's second-round home win over Cronulla.
The club says Lewis Brown has entered an early guilty plea to a grade one dangerous throw charge from the same tackle on Cronulla's Anthony Tupou.
Brown will miss this Sunday's match against the Broncos in Brisbane and Maloney's case will go to a judicial hearing tomorrow night.
