The veteran BBC boxing commentator Harry Carpenter has died aged 84.
Carpenter was the voice of British boxing for nearly 50 years, and he was on air for the Muhammad Ali-George Foreman "Rumble in the Jungle" in Zaire in 1974, describing the end of the contest as the most extraordinary few seconds he'd ever seen in a boxing ring.
Carpinter also covered golf, the Wimbledon tennis championships, greyhound racing and the Oxford-Cambridge university boat race.
