There will be a strong contingent of New Zealand riders competing at the prestigious Badminton Horse trials starting in England tonight.
Sir Mark Todd, who was the best performed of the New Zealanders last year finishing fourth, who compete on two horses Leonidas and Campino.
Todd has won the event four times.
"The horses are all good," he says. "Leonidas and Campino are both in very good form."

Andrew Nicholson also has two horses entered.
Nereo, who was third at Badminton in 2013 and has finished second twice at Burghley and was fourth in the individual competition at the London Olympic Games.
His other horse is Qwanza who will be making his début at Badminton.
Dan Jocelyn will ride Dassett Cool Touch, having finished 13th at Badminton last year.
Jesse Campbell and will ride former racehorse Kaapachino having comleted their first Badminton last year.
Caroline Powell, a member of the bronze medal-winning New Zealand teams at the London Olympic Games last competed at Badminton in 2015 and will be on board Onwards and Upwards.
Blyth Tait's outing at Badminton in 2016 was his first in 16 years and he returns on Bear Necessity V.
Tim Price has competed at Badminton numerous times but is yet to win the event and will ride Xavier Faer who will be making his debut at the competition.
Defending champion Michael Jung of Germany is back again with La Biosthetique Sam FBW, and he'll be riding a high after his victory at the recent Kentucky Three Day Event.
Organisers are describing the cross country course as "back to the future", resembling the swashbuckling tracks of the 1970s with the advantage of 21st century safety technology.
