Germany's Angelique Kerber moved back to the top of the women's tennis rankings, while Roger Federer has moved up four places to number six after his Indian Wells win.
Kerber deposed Serena Williams in the list published by the WTA.

At the just-ended Indian Wells tournament, Kerber went out in the last 16 to eventual winner Elena Vesnina of Russia, while Williams sat out the tournament.
Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia moves up to fourth behind Karolina Pliskova of the Czech Republic in a number of changes in the top 10.
On the men's side Indian Wells winner Federer jumps four places to sixth while Andy Murray stays on top.
Losing Indian Wells finalist Stan Wawrinka stays third while Indian Wells quarter-finalist Kei Nishikori moves up one place to fourth.
Federer beat Wawrinka in straight sets yesterday to add Indian Wells to his Australian Open trophy won in January.

The 35 year old Federer admits 2017 is going so much better than he expected and will reassess his plans for the rest of the year.
"I definetly have to reassess my goals now and see where do I go from here because winning here and in Australia was not part of the plan."
"So now I think it's really important to rest up and then make a plan for the remainder of the season, especially for the clay."
Indian Wells was Federer's 90th career title.
