The Chiefs prop, Sona Taumalolo, has been cited for a dangerous tackle in their Super 14 match against the Queensland Reds at Waikato Stadium in Hamilton, on Friday.
The Chiefs lost 23-18.
Taumalolo was cited for an alleged dangerous high tackle on the Reds first-five eighth Quade Cooper, 11 minutes into the first half.
Taumalolo will appear at a SANZAR judicial hearing in Wellington on Monday at 5pm.
