Four centuries in one day

Four batsmen have scored centuries on day two of their Plunket Shield cricket matches

Stewart Rhodes top-scored for Wellington with 127as the visitors reached 477 after being sent in Auckland, where the home side is 210 for one.

Matthew Sinclair hit quick 122 for Central Districts in their rain-affected match with Otago at Invercargill, Central made 355 and Otago will resume on `102 for thrwee.

And Shannon Stewart scored an unbeaten 161 and Dean Brownlie was 112 not out when Canterbury declared on 558 for four at Rangiora where Northern Districts will start day three on 120 without loss.
