The New Zealand women cricketers have suffered another heavy defeat at the hands of Australia, losing the second match of the Rosebowl series by four wickets in Adelaide.
The White Ferns' batting woes continued, bowled out for 142 in the 38th over with Victoria Lind making 33.
In reply, Australia were cruising at 78 for one before the New Zealanders picked up three quick wickets.
The target was reduced to 111 off 32 overs after rain stopped play and that was hit with 13 balls to spare and only six wickets down.
The team head to Melbourne for the remaining three One-Day Internationals with the next match on Sunday.
