The 28-year-old lost the first set to Bertens 2-6 before coming back to win the final two 7-6, 7-5.

Tomorrow's match will be Erakovic's fifth career final and will face the top seed and world number 15 Timea Bacsinszky from Switzerland.

Erakovic, who's ranked 186th in the world, had to go through the qualifying draw to make the tournament's main draw and has now won seven matches in a row.

The Rabat Grand Prix is part of Erakovic's path towards the second grand slam of the year - the French Open.
