New Zealand unconcerned over warm temparatures

The New Zealand Winter Olympic squad remains unconcerned over the unseasonably warm weather in Vancouver which has forced officials to truck snow in from up to five hours away.

At Cypress Hill, where New Zealand's five snowboarders and one freestyle skiier will compete, the temperature is yet to fall below zero, making it impossible to even make snow.

But despite the Vancouver Games opening in just three days, freestyle skiier Mitchey Greig says she has no worries about the venue being ready in time.

Mitchey Greig will make her debut at these Olympics in the ski cross freestyle skiing event which is a new event to the Winter Games.
