The Wellington Phoenix remain in fifth in football's A-League after last night's catchup match between North Queensland and Newcastle in Townsville.
North Queensland won the match 2-1 meaning there is no change in the standings.
A win for Newcastle would have seen them jump ahead of the Phoenix.
The Phoenix have two matches remaining against second-placed Gold Coast and ninth placed Central Coast and wins in both of those matches could see them grab a home match in the play-offs.
