Venus and Serena Williams have won the women's doubles title at the Australian tennis Open in Melbourne in straight sets.

The Americans beat the world number ones, Zimbabwe's Cara Black and the USA's Liezel Huber, 6-4 6-3 in the final in an hour and 26 minutes.

It's the fourth Australian Open doubles title for the Williams and the duo's 11th grand slam doubles title.

It's also Serena Williams' 24th grand slam victory.

Switzerland's world number one and top seed Roger Federer takes on French 10th seed Jo-Wilfried Tsonga tonight for the right to meet Scotland's Andy Murray in the men's final.
