Adebayor vows to play again soon for those killed in attack

The Togo football captain Emmanuel Adebayor has been told by his English Premier League club Manchester City that he can have as much time off as he needs, following the attack on his team's bus in Angola.

City manager Roberto Mancini's not exactly sweating on Adebayor's return - he's yet to feature for City since Mancini took over as manager from Mark Hughes in mid-December... City have won all four games since then.

But the Togo captain's vowed to return to football to play for those people who died in the attack, which prompted the team to withdraw from the African Nations Cup.

In the latest match there, Egypt have beaten Nigeria 3-1.
