The Breakers have signed American import Kevin Braswell for the remainder of the Australian National Basketball League season, with the newcomer set to play in Thursday night's home game against the Melbourne Tigers.
The 30-year-old Braswell can play in both the point and shooting guard positions and has played extensively in Europe and more recently in Israel, for Premier League club Elitzur Maccabi Netanya.
Braswell's signing is a timely boost for club as it begins the final seven games of the season, four of which are at home with the Breakers likely to have to win five of those matches if they're to reach the playoffs.
