Sri Lanka surpassed Bangladesh's 249-9 with more than seven overs to spare in the day-night match.
Sri Lanka top the table with three wins from as many games, followed by India, one from two and Bangladesh (0/3).
Each side will play four league matches before the top two advance to next week's final.
