The German driver Mirco Schultis won't be prosecuted over the death of a female spectator during the opening stage of the Dakar Rally in Argentina at the weekend.
Schultis's four wheel drive vehical came off the track and crashed into spectators, who officials say were in an unauthorised area.
Schultis dropped out of the race after the accident.
