The former Renault team boss Flavio Briatore says he has no desire to return to Formula One despite his life ban from the sport being overturned by a French court.
He was banned in September, for a plot to rig the outcome of the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix by staging a deliberate crash but the court the punishment was illegally imposed by the sport's governing body, the FIA.
Briatore says he simply wants to spend more time with his family.
